We were pleased to be invited to speak as a paid engagement to the Thomson Reuters Global Leadership Conference which is their annual kickoff. The company is grappling with very significant change even with strong financial results — it is the most uncertain period in quite sometime.
Innovation is a tough push for large enterprises — and they often need to take a look at the outside environment to get a sense of what is indeed the “art of the possible”. Most people have to focus on their “day jobs” and so an outside perspective is illuminating.
Coordination and in some cases “co-opetition” is also the order of the day and Thomson Reuters understands this well.
In preparation — Jason did a practice run from his home office (off the cuff) and the result pretty much ended up being the talk itself.
Enjoy — and let us know your thoughts (firstname.lastname@example.org)
